Story:

Abby was working at the zoo when her employer told her that her job would have to be cut along with some of the reptile programme at the zoo. Abby travelled to the Forest of Dean because someone wanted to sell their lizard to the Zoo. Ben, the owner of the lizard, showed Abby Rex. Abby realised that it was a completely new species of reptile so Ben showed her where they found it. Abby soon met Nick, Claudia, Stephen and Connor, who were investigating a creature sighting. Abby was annoyed at how Lester's people were handling Rex, but they didn't know he could fly so Rex escaped. Abby managed to lure him back.

Abby then joined the anomaly researcg team. Nick took Rex back through the anomaly, but Rex came back so Abby kept him. Abby was sad when Stephen admitted feelings for her, but he actually had a girlfriend. Connor moved into Abby's falt while his was being made up. Abby was almost infected with a parasite when Tom, Connor's friend who had stolen a Dodo that had come out of the anomaly and had been infected by the Dodo, almost bit her. Abby got very annoyed at Connor when he let Rex escape. Abby and Connor eventually found Rex.

When Nick returned from the anomaly many things had changed according to him. Claudia had completely vanished. In series 2 Abby was surprised when Connor got a girlfriend Caroline, but found it amusing that Connor kept having to leave her when an anomaly was found. Abby was kidnapped by the Mer but was later rescued by Connor who came through the anomaly to save her. Abby was again anoyed at Connor when Caroline stole Rex. Abby was kidnapped with Connor, Jenny and Nick by Helen Cutter and Leek. Abby saw that Caroline had been kidnapped too, and Abby and Caroline had a fight. Caroline later helped Rex, who she had disliked before and Abby forgave Caroline.

In series 3 Abby remained loyal to the team. Abby cryed when she found that Cutter had died, but had to put a brave face on it as more anomalies would appear soon. Connor had to move out when Abby's siter Jack moved into her flat. Abby cared for a Dracorex and stood between it and the Knight which had followed it through the anomaly. Abby did not know that Jack had gambled Rex away and that Connor had got him back. Abby helped save Jack when he went through an anomaly to a future world. Abby was relieved to find that Captain Becker had not been killed by future predators, and when she found out what Connor had done for Jack she kissed him.

Abby and the team then dealt with a herd of Embolotherium. Danny brought a mysterious woman to the ARC, who turned out to be Helen. She stole the artifact and took Christine Johnson, who had recently taken over the ARC for a short period, with her. When Abby and the others arrived at Johnson's ARC, where Helen had gone, they found Johnson being dragged through the anomaly by a Future Predator, and Helen had gone. Danny, Abby and Connor followed Helen into the future, where they found that she was using the artifact to find a route via anomalies to the Pliocene, where the first Hominids evolved. Abby, Danny and Connor first follow Helen to the Cretacious, where they are attacked by Raptors. Connor is injured when they let of a bomb to stun the raptors, so Abby stays with Connor. They climb up into a tree for safety, where Connor asks Abby if he can move back into the flat, she said yes...
